Dear Friends,

We've put a lot of hard work into this campaign over the past seven months, and now we're running into the home stretch.  Thanks to the support of hundreds of community leaders, business owners, families and seniors, we've reached some impressive milestones in our campaign--and I'd like to share them with you:

• In May, we won a three-way primary with 61% of the vote. 

• I have personally knocked on 7,144 doors and spoken with thousands of voters about their vision for Oregon's future.  I'm committed to knocking 4,000 more.

• Between myself, staff members, and hundreds of volunteers, the campaign has visited the doorstep of over half of all likely voters in this district—and we won’t rest until every doorbell is rung.

• It takes contributions to pay for office space, staff members, printing & postage—so I’m happy to say that we’ve raised $122,485 so far in this race.

• These contributions have come from 296 individual donors—illustrating that this truly is a grassroots effort.
